It started in 2004 with a borrowed truck and trailer.
In 2003, Raul Chacon set out on his business journey by borrowing his father’s truck and trailer to clean up yards at weekends after his full time job. He and his wife Gaby later bought a small house to use as home and office, and in 2004, aged 22, he quit his job to go all-in into the world of landscaping.
Twenty years on, The Yard Experts are still family-owned and family-run, working out of Queen Creek across the East Valley of Arizona. The maintenance division is run by Raul and his son Ivan, and the construction division by Raul’s brother Albert. Being a family business allows us to take a personal approach and treat every client like a long-term neighbour.
